We will unveil the “mysterious” world of: •Brainwaves •Music & Sound Vibration Therapy •Motion & the Vestibular System •Brain Entrainment www.nexneuro.com www.parkinsonsrecovery.com

From: Robert Rodgers, Ph.D.

Date: March 11, 2010

NexNeuro, the company that manufactures the VibroMax and the SMART Lounge, offers a 30 day money back guarantee. The feedback I have heard from people who have experienced the therapeutic effects of vibroacoustic therapy tell me you will notice a relief of symptoms immediately after use. Depending on the person and the symptoms, positive effects last from several hours to several days. In other words, you don’t have to have the therapy for several weeks before knowing what it can do for you.

The company certainly makes no claims this is a cure. It certainly is not. Their technology is currently the subject of a research study at Rush Medical Center in Chicago. Neurologists at Rush are optimistic that regular use of vibroacoustic therapy will offer people sustained relief from their symptoms. Results of the Rush Medical University study will not be known until later this year.

I personally believe sound therapy is the medicine of the future. I like this technology because it offers people who are seriously debilitated with the symptoms of Parkinson’s a viable opportunity to get back on their feet and join others who are on the road to recovery. If a person can not walk, they probably can not exercise, but they will be able to enjoy the benefits of vibroacoustic therapy.

You might want to wait to order the SMART Lounge or the VibroMax until the results of the Rush Medical Center study are released. Both products have literally just been released. Or as I see it, there is nothing to lose and everything to gain to order the VibroMax or the SMART Lounge or the vibroacoustic CDs and give them a try. If the therapy does not give you relief, you can always send it back to Nexneuro for a full refund within the first 30 days after receiving your shipment. www.nexneuro.com

If you decide to order the VibroMax Portable or the SMART Lounge and live outside the United States, the Nexneuro shipping department will contact you to arrange a preferred shipping method. The price of $625 for shipments of the VibroMax to US destinations includes the $30 shipping charge. The price of $1985 for shipments of the SMART Lounge to US destinations includes the $190 standard shipping charge. If you live outside the United States you will have to pay charges for shipping in addition to those listed for US destinations. If you decide to order the VibroMax Portable or the SMART Lounge and live outside the United States, the Nexneuro shipping department will contact you to arrange a preferred shipping method and to inform you of the additional shipping charges.

I am most interested in hearing about your experience, so I will be contacting those of you who order any of the Nexneuro vibroacoustic products for your feedback so I can post your comments on the Parkinsons Recovery blog and newsletter.

Utilizing the latest developments in sound therapy to enhance mobility and relieve symptoms of Parkinson’s disease patients are finding relief through Vibration Therapy

March 2, 2010 – Schaumburg, IL- Parkinson’s Disease; a disease without a cure. While researchers are hard at work searching for a cure, those living with the disease are seeking relief from the symptoms. The symptoms are typically controlled by drugs, exercise and physical therapy.

NexNeuro has joined with Suzanne Jonas, Ed.D, a licensed Behavioral Medicine Psychotherapist and Sound Therapist who has been practicing music medicine, sound therapy and energy medicine for over 25 years, to create a series of kinesthetic audio CD’s to assist the mindbody in healthful and healing changes through specific sound frequencies.

Vibroacoustics stimulates the muscles, increases blood flow and moves fluid throughout the body. A combination of technologies utilizes passive brain stimulation through vibration therapy, triggers the “Relaxation Response” in the body naturally, without prescription drugs. This results in decreased muscle tension, a lowered heart rate and blood pressure, a deeper breathing pattern, calming of the stomach, and a peaceful, pleasant mood.

Patients with Parkinson’s Disease (PD) have reported increased mobility, relief from aching/twitching muscles, increased mobility, heightened state of mental awareness, peaceful night’s sleep, improved speech and most importantly a regained “Sense of Hope”.

Now, PD patients have an alternative. Modern science is only now beginning to recognize what the ancient mystics and wise men have told us for centuries: all matter in the universe (including you) is in a constant state of vibration. Sound is a vibration you can hear. Everything has an optimum range of vibration, and that rate is called resonance. When we are in resonance, we are in balance. One way to use sound to heal the body is to recognize that every organ, and every cell, absorbs and emits sound, and has a particular optimum resonate frequency.

Kinesthetic audio is a sometimes non-audible sensory experience, using currently developed technology to produce a sensory experience through vibroacoustic devices. The sound vibrations are highly specific frequencies which are channeled through low frequency tactile transducers. Delivery of the low frequency audio signals is controlled by Rest Audio software to control specific tones and frequencies, location of signal, duration of signal, intensity and choreograph patterns and sequences to accomplish specific results like diminishing pain or symptoms of PD.

The progressive nature of Parkinson’s Disease can make walking a challenge. Now a new study is helping Parkinson’s patients dance into a more mobile future.
Rush University Medical Center is studying the effect dance has on Parkinson’s patients.
“It allows them to have a certain fluidity of their movements. Now we know that patients with Parkinson’s need the movements, they need the space,” said Dr. Rehabilitation Physician James Young.
Not only is balance better, but quality of life is, too.

“They’re improving in balance, they’re improving in their activities of daily living, and they’re improving socially, excuse me, socially, and also in their attitudes towards their life,” said Dr. Young.
