Using the Smart Lounge for Addiction Recovery Relief
Addiction recovery is many things, from the physical pain of withdrawal to the emotional pain of trying to find a new way of life and repairing damage to relationships. There are numerous programs that address these symptoms. The approaches used to help conquer the addictions range from in-patient care, self help programs and support groups. All of these programs have their unique way of helping the addict. Each person will have varied amounts of success with these programs. Some will try one program, then another and then another. No one program is a “one size fits all” program.
The NeuroWave Brain Health Program is designed for individuals “personal” space and time. It is during this time individuals can feel safe and comfortable, non-judgmental of themselves and work through the very personal side of addiction recovery. Vibroacoustic sessions are 20 and 30 minutes, but the help does not stop there. Along with the vibroacoustic sessions, they are supplied with music for iPod or MP3 players with the same therapeutic music. The music can go anywhere the individual. When stress and anxiety begin to take over while at work, on the bus or at the mall; they can simply plug in their iPod or MP3 player and listen to the music. The brain recalls the binaural beat embedded in the music triggering cellular memory; bringing the peacefulness of the vibroacoustic session back.

The key to success in any program is that an individual needs to find him or herself in a new way of life. The NeuroWave Brain Health Program is the perfect solution to do this. The program is designed to relax the mind and body. The sessions mix of vibration and music therapy, releases the muscle tension and mind clatter to allow the individual to find within them a safe & comfortable place where they can escape the physical & emotional pain and begin to heal from within.
The NeuroWave Brain Health Program utilizes a technology defined as “Induced Relaxation”. The program delivers full body vibration; this effect is like a full body inner massage. Relaxing muscles, joints, back and legs in a zero gravity position to relieve stress on the body. The specially designed music delivered through headphones is not only soothing, but therapeutic. NeuroWave music has been composed with special frequencies, tones and binaural beats to deliver a truly therapeutic session. The session’s goal is to induce the “Relaxation Response”. The benefits of the ‘Relaxation Response” are reduction in blood pressure, reduction of heart rate and slower breathing. Once individuals reach the relaxation response, the mind and body are free to heal from within. The binaural beats within the music entrain the brain into brainwave patterns that are optimum for greater learning, creativity and relaxation. Addiction Relief – “Whole Body Vibration Session Protocol”
About the session: The Addiction Relief DVD’s contains specific frequencies embedded in the audio sessions to respond to the users’ present mental/physical state. The Addiction series are orchestrated with binaural beats and brainwave entrainment to assure the effectiveness of the Brain Health Sound Software to lessen the symptoms associated with addiction and cravings. The symptom relief frequencies are generated thru specific translated frequencies to bass tones which are delivered through tactile transducers inside the mattress along with audio tracks delivered though the headphone.
Addiction Relief VAT: The NeuroWave Brain Health Program aids by guiding brainwave patterns into a slower more relaxed state which allows one to focus more clearly. Brain Health Audio is created and delivered in a predefined distinctive format to accommodate these addiction client requirements and needs through headphones and vibroacoustic sound waves from within the mattress.
Headphone Audio – Music therapy provide a soothing and calming effect on the mind. Embedded are binaural beats to bring the body to a state of total relaxation
Vibroacoustic Mat/Lounge or Vest – Provides deep cellular sound massage. Frequencies on the DVD’s are highly specialized and designed to relieve cravings and compulsion.

DVD Use:
Disk # 1 Day 1 thru 40 1 session per day (early A.M. or afternoon recommended
Disk # 2 Day 1 thru 40 1 session per day prior to going to bed.
Disk # 3 Daily as desired Use at beginning of anxiety symptoms or when feeling unsettled
(Set vibration level at a low level for 1st 2 to 3 days for body to adjust and then increase to comfort level)
(Scientific evidence indicates that the body needs 40 days of consistent practice to retain cellular memory and allow for shorter sessions or longer periods between sessions. Individuals may vary number of sessions and session length to their comfort level.)
